		<description>Don&#039;t lose any sleep over it man, I&#039;ve asked Derek for a plug myself. He&#039;s an awesome dude and, while he probably gets requests to plug stuff all the time, doesn&#039;t take any offense to it. 
 
I had the pleasure of reading his book before he released it and actually giving him feedback, and he added me along with a bunch of others who did the same in the acknowledgement section! 
 
Very cool and understanding dude. It never hurts to ask! </description>

		<description>Hey Meghan, thanks for the comment!  I know exactly what you mean, it can be quite overwhelming running the business ourselves.  That&#039;s one great thing about a band...delegation.  I&#039;m sure many times the band isn&#039;t invested in the whole brand and the leader&#039;s got to do it, but in a truly equal band, you&#039;ve got a small little army to help do the stuff you struggle with.  If I can help you out in anyway as far as understanding the online landscape, let me know and I&#039;ll try to share what I&#039;ve learned.
